My new favourite chip
After having sweet potato chips in the US, I went searching for some here in Canada, and the Covered Bridge Sweet Potato chips fit the bill, and were better than the chips eaten in the US! These chips were thinner (closer to the average potato chip), crunchy, and flavourful. My only slight negative is the amount of salt on them is unnecessary, however it is in line and still lower than the amount of salt on regular potato chips. I think these are a tasty and excellent alternative to regular potato chips!

YUM!
I love sweet potato and really enjoyed this brand. It is very lightly seasoned so if you are wanting a stronger salt flavour then its not for you. My housemates didn't care for them so I guess it means more for me!
