Gentle So Far
I have very sensitive teeth and I find regular white strips hurt after a couple days in a row. So far these seem to be gentle but just as effective as the regular ones. I do find they're hard to pull off. I feel like I'm going to pull my teeth out trying to peel them off after 30 minutes.

Gentle and easy to use
I was hesitant to buy these because I have sensitive teeth but I use for the full 30 minutes everyday and there is no discomfort. Have only been using a week but I already notice a difference. Would buy again.

Gentle on my sensitive teeth
Great price and great results. I was afraid to use them because the normal strips really hurt my sensitive teeth. These have caused me no discomfort and after 3 days I am already noticing a difference.

You need patience! 30 minutes is pushing it for my mouth. Probably 5-10 minutes max. My teeth are definitely whiter and sensitivity is ok.
