Great for recipes calling for gluten free bread flour
Found a recipe for gluten free cinnamon rolls that called for gluten free bread flour. This was hard to find! Cinnamon rolls were a big hit . Would buy this flour again. It’s a little pricy but so is everything gluten free unfortunately.
