Our nourishing 15% urea formula helps relieve dry skin. Urea is an important part of healthy young skin’s natural moisturizing system. Urea causes skin cells deep below the surface to attract, absorb and hold moisture better. Alpha hydroxy acids in Dermal Therapy exfoliate old dry skin to reveal new young- looking skin, which is more elastic. Silk proteins improve skin tone and luster, providing a silky, smooth, non-greasy feel. This formula is deep penetrating, actively restores moisture, absorbs quickly, non-greasy, fragrance free. Love this stuff!
I have used Dermal Therapy Hand, Knee and Elbow cream for years. My hands used to be cracked, bleeding due to my job as a dishwasher at the time. It got to a pont where it hurt to move my hands. I love that it is also fragrance-free, non-greasy, and not tested on animals. I go through tubes of this especially now due to COVID, I am constantly washing my hands. Other creams don't do the job and my hands are dry again within a matter of minutes. With this cream, my hands stay moisturized and feel soft and comfortable.

Winter dryness
My Sister told me about this product so I ordered some for both of us. I bought the Heel stuff for me and the Hand for her. I noticed a difference soon after massaging it into my feet and put socks on. It’s soooo nice when something does what it’s advertised to do.
