Directions: Place the self-adhesive pads on to the skin over your tense or painful area and plug the other end of the wire into either port located at the top of the unit. (Effective pad placement instruction available on DVD and Fast Pain Relief Guide included).
Turn the Pain Therapy System PRO on by pushing down on the power switch that is located on the right-hand side of the device.
Slowly increase the intensity until you feel the most soothing and relaxing action. The stimulation is extremely effective because it works from the inside out by helping to release the nerve and then relaxing the muscles. Press the ‘+’ button to increase the intensity and the ‘-‘ button to decrease the intensity.
You can select from seven different modes based on whether you like a very deep vigorous massage or a very gentle, calm massage.
Set the automatic timer for 20, 30, or 40 minutes and then sit back and relax while DR-HO’S device helps to relieve your pain, tension, and stress. DR-HO’S ® Pain Therapy System Pro will shut off automatically.
