AMAZING
I've been GF for 13 years. I love to eat. I've tried a number of muffins - either in specialty bakeries (few and far between!) or I've tried what few brands are available of boxed muffins mixes in the grocery stores. They are always WAYYY too sweet. Now this is the best I've ever tried. I do have to say, it could pass as a cake BUT it is the absolute best mix I've ever tasted. In fact - it even beats the specialty bakeries I've been to. This is a real find!

New favourite muffin mix
I always make muffins from scratch but I wanted to try this Canadian brand to see if it was any good for when you need muffins in a pinch. THEY ARE DELICIOUS! We are not a gluten-free family and I couldn't tell the difference that they are gluten-free. Added 1 cup of frozen blueberries and they turned out great!

Can’t tell it’s gluten-free!
I added lemon zest and blueberries. They were delicious!! Not grainy or gritty like a lot of GF baking. Highly recommend and I will be ordering more.

It is hard to find good GF mixes but this one is the best. I add grated green apple and cinnamon and my kids love it even though they are not gluten free.

Delicious!
I made raspberry white chocolate muffins with this mix. They turned out amazing. Can not tell these are gluten free at all. My new favourite.
