This is my favourite gluten free pancake mix. Feed it to my gluten eating family and they love it also.

The mix makes amazing fluffy Pancakes! My kids and husband loved them even though they are not gluten-free. Great to see the company is also Canadian! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious pancake mix.
