This is a great alternative to a lot of spreads if you are following a fitness program, trying to limit your sugar intake, or focused on trying to eat more organic products. Very low in calories and sugar. You wouldn't use more than a tablespoon because it has a very strong taste. It was a tiny bit too sweet for my liking but it is still very delicious. I've never seen this combination of apples and cherries in local stores, so I liked that I was able to get such a thing on Well.ca. Great combination of fruit, in my opinion. Eden makes a lot of great organic products.

This is pretty good stuff. I use it in place of butter/margarine. It's pretty strong so you don't use much. It has no chemicals in it- just fruit. Also, it has no sodium and no fat- and 25 cals per serving. It's a wonderful product to use towards weight loss. It'd work great as a marinade.

I like this spread a lot. It has a very nice, natural tart flavour that I enjoy. I actually have yet to put it on bread. I've just been eating it as is with a spoon. But I'll bet it would taste really good with some cream cheese on rye. Mmmmmmm

This is one of my favorite products! I make a cottage cheese/spelt flour pancake and it is PERFECT on top!! Plus, you cannot beat the price... where I live it costs me $14.99 a jar!!! Look at the savings I get from Well.ca!!!!

My all time favourite. I use it in place of syrup and jam on pancakes and toast but mainly to mix with unsweetened kefir or yogurt . Wonderful sweet/tart flavor without added sugar !

Love it !
I like this more than jam - nice and sweet, not overly sweet since there is no added sugar. I like the plain apple best but this was a nice change. Yum !
