Super tasty and good for you.
I know the benefits of seeds and these are so tasty; I put them on top of salads for the extra crunch and they've got just the right amount of salt to make them really tasty. I don't use salt in any cooking so the amount of salt in these seeds adds just the right amount.

Great taste
I always buy this product , it's highly nutritious let alone great taste. All you need is a handful a daily or every two days and your satisfied. You don't need to finish it in one sitting! This product last me about a week!
