I purchased this product because I needed something to smooth out my under eye ares and keep my concealer from creasing., and it works great for that, the trick is to very lightly and gentle lock it in with some setting powder. And start with a light application and add more as you go, warm it putty between your fingers and easier to manipulate.I usually use Laura Mercier ,powder but I also use the E.L.F. HD pressed powder. Can get oily , so just touch up with a bit more powder. I don’t use it on my face because I will break out, I’m a makeup minimalist because of that.

It does a nice job of creating a smoother, more poreless canvas on which to build my beauty (from scratch these days). I have repurchased, will continue to do so.

It performs well at covering my pores on and around my nose while also creating a blurring effect that I like everywhere else I apply it.

But sometimes depending on other skincare products underneath it can pill if you use too much! Regardless this is a fantastic primer, thanks elf!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job! I enjoy this! I bought it because of the TikTok hype. It glides on nice and feels great on the skin. It’s almost like a moisturizer. Admittedly, I find my foundation stays well without a primer but I did find with the primer it helped prevent cracking around my nose.
