Makes awesome foam!
I have been buying this for ages. I love using it in my frother to make foam for my cappuccinos. It is the thickest, tastiest foam ever. It does sometimes look curdled in the coffee but that doesn't effect the taste at all and is perfectly fine. I've noticed that it doesn't curdle at all if I add a shot of liqueur.

Creamiest cashew milk I've ever tasted! Its great for making dairy-free lattes and replacing coffee creamer. Ive also added it to a smoothy and was pleased with it. I wouldn't recommend drinking this straight though, because the taste is really concentrated and rich at 130 calories per serving. I took one star off because of the price.......I only buy it when its on sale.

OMG! This is absolutely delish! No crazy additives, guar gum, etc. Just 100% cashews and filtered water, cane sugar and salt. Vegan Foodie Bliss! Also purchased the unsweetened version for soups and other recipes -- just cashews and filtered water! Love, Love, Love!

Glad I discovered this! Froths beautifully in my Breville milk frother; similarly to 2% cow's milk. Doesn't curdle the coffee either. Tastes VERY rich and creamy (cashew lovers only) so might take some getting used to, but pleasantly surprised with this purchase!

I was rather surprised by the strong taste of this milk. It was also quite heavy and it took me a few days to get used to it. I recommend trying it and seeing if it works for you.
