landfill where they can take over 400 years to decompose. The Everist
Konjac Sponge is made from 100% natural konjac plant fibre and is fully
biodegradable in a home compost. Activate it with the water in your
shower and watch it soften into a cushy gel-like pillow that creates a
decadent creamy lather. Especially when paired with the Everist Body
Wash Concentrate - they're BFFs.
Use daily to gently exfoliate the whole body for softer, smoother skin. The konjac plant is naturally alkaline, which gives it its gentle soap like cleansing ability and leaves skin perfectly balanced.

Dimensions when hydrated: 4 1/2" L x 2 1/2" W x 1 1/4" T - perfect for body!
Directions: Just add water and watch this compostable sponge transform into a cushy pillow and your body wash’s new bestie. Rinse with hot water after use. Gently squeeze out excess water. Hang to air dry. Home compost after 2-3 months of use. Recycle paper wrap.

Works great but takes too long to dry
The sponge was a great gentle exfoliator. It left my skin feeling nice and smooth. However, it takes too long to dry after using and therefore grows pink mold. I even took it out of the bathroom to dry. It might be good in the winter when you can place it on a rad, but otherwise it's too much hassle to try to dry it.

Try and you’ll understand why it’s not like the rest!
this sponge has been such a calming add-on to my routine. it’s soft but still effective. my skin feels smoother without irritation and I’ve been reaching for it more than I expected.
canadian made, compostable, and it fits into the kind of rituals I protect. simple. clean. intentional.

Nice large size for showering
This is a great konjac body sponge for the shower. It's not easy to find konjac sponges large enough for whole body use and this one is perfect. It's also plush / thicker than other ones I've tried. I recommend this product if you can afford it. It's a bit expensive for a shower sponge.

Very squishy
Omg i had never heard of a konjac sponge and this was a pleasant surpise. its very squishy and nice with gentle exfoliation, i like it. However, for someone who is Nigerian and has had experience with the regular sponge, this feels milder. My recommendation would be to use it for morning baths or low impact days when you are just home. It also does take some time to be activated with water as it absorbs a lot.

Fun concept and great design
I was so intrigued by the Everest compostable konjac sponge this is the first time I’ve ever used it even seen a product like this. All you need to do is add water and your product and it just soaks it all up. I was a little skeptical about the texture at first but it acts as a scrub too exfoliating away at the dry skin. We absolutely love this
Many years ago, I ditched the plastic shower puffs — they never fully dry, can harbor bacteria đŚ , and end up in landfills where they take 400 years to break down đąđ.
For myself, I’ve always used a loofah, but I found it a bit too rough for the kids. A few months ago, we switched to the konjac sponge — and now the whole family is loving it!
