Directions: For children three years and older. Chew one tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Kids love them
These are great vitamins especially for the picky eater who may not get everything they need from the food they eat. I have four kids and have been buying these vitamins for my family for 27 years now. My youngest is the only one left at home now and he has a flinstone vitamin everyday before school.
