Beyond Greens® provides the foundation for optimum nutrition with the best that nature has to offer including organically grown cereal grasses including barley, alfalfa, oat and rye. The raw cereal grasses come from the young green plants that, in maturity, would produce cereal grains. Because cereal grasses are vegetables, they contain no gluten.
Directions: Mix 1 scoop (8 g) as desired with a glass of water. Drink plenty of pure water throughout the day.

Can't Handle the Fishy Taste
I wanted to love this product, I really did. I love that it's made of fermented greens. I love the list of ingredients. I just can't get past the fish tank taste. It smells like dog food, and the dulse flavour is extremely strong, even causing me to have fishy burps hours after I've had it. It's also very gritty, and didn't dissolve well in water at all, and it's a very dark green, not bright like I would have expected. Brownish almost. Maybe mixed into a smoothie would be better, but I bought this for the convenience of not needing to juice or make a smoothie every day. I tried the Organic Traditions (greens with turmeric) at the same time, and the OT wins HANDS DOWN in taste and texture.

Superior Green Powder product
Organic, fermented and not complex like other green powders that have 500 ingredients for your body to try and sort out! I put it in a smoothie and haven't noticed any undesireable texture, taste or smell. I have tried a lot of green powder products over the years from the original to the most expensive. This one is not only organic and fermented but it has the top antioxidant greens in it, it's also one of the best priced!
