Recommended Dosage: ADULTS: Take 1-2 capsules, up to 3 times daily. Take 1 capsule with the first bite of food/meal. For a heavy meal, take an additional capsule.

Changed my life
I was bloated a few times a week; looked like I was 8 months pregnant. Felt uncomfortable, sluggish, and fat. It was affecting my mental health. Since taking this product, I have not been bloated once. The results were immediate. I have also lost weight.
