Recommended Dosage: Adults and adolescents age 13+: Take 1 tablet, 1-2 times daily. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Children age 3-12: Take 1 tablet once daily. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
