Udo’s Oil™ 3•6•9 Blend contains the ideal balance of Omega-3 and -6 essential fatty acids (2:1) for people who want one product that gives them all of the good fats they need, without any of the bad fats they should avoid. A balanced blend of quality unrefined oils providing an excellent source of Omega 3 as Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), an essential fatty acid for good health.

Adult Dosage: 1-2 capsules 3 x daily with meals.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:

• Cold pressed unrefined Flaxseed oil* (Linum usitatissimum) 753 mg [contains 55% Omega 3 as Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)]
