I've been using farro for a few years now but recently discovered the Flourist brand. Last week I made a Greek salad with this and got rave reviews. I love it because it has a lovely nutty flavour and holds up well in a salad. I'm really happy that it's a Canadian brand. Definitely buying this one again. Thanks Well for stocking!!!
