GAIAM 65cm Essentials Balance Ball & Base Kit Black

The 65cm Essentials Balance Ball & Base Kit offers flexibility for use in the office as a balance chair or for stability and core workouts. While used as a seat, the Balance Ball helps engage the core and improves balance and posture. The ball can be removed from the base for ball-only exercise. When used for exercise the Essentials Balance Ball helps to sculpt and tone your abs, arms, and legs. The base ensures the ball will remain in its designated spot and not roll away.

Inflation Instructions: It may be necessary to re-inflate the ball after initial inflation to allow the balls material to stretch to its final size. Inflate ball with air, let stand for 24 hours, deflate 50% then fill again to 65cm height.
