The Genestra Diindolylmethane (DIM) formulation helps to support and promote healthy estrogen metabolism/balance. It also helps reduce the severity and duration of symptoms associated with recurrent breast pain (cyclical mastalgia).
Recommended Dose: Adult: Take 3 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: Risk Information: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are attempting to conceive, are taking any medication or natural health products , have a liver disorder or symptoms of lo w estrogen, or to exclude a diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance. Just what my naturopath recommend
I couldn't find the right dosage of DIM anywhere. I checked well and they had the exact one I was recommended! Works so well :)
