HMF Bifido Capsules offer six proprietary Bifidobacteria strains to support probiotic colonization in the large intestine. Bifidobacteria are normally present in the gut from birth to old age, where they play an important role in gastrointestinal health. Bifidobacteria help to mediate carbohydrate fermentation in the large intestine and contribute to the production of important short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), including acetate and lactate. Great probiotics!
These are truly the best probiotics. My son deals with chronic skin issues after taking antibiotics while sick and these have helped immensely. They are costly but they really work to help heal the gut. I love that they are also dairy free.

Great product
This is a high quality product. My 3yo sons gut was wrecked from antibiotics so we have been using these for months (breaking open and sprinkling in food). They are expensive but they work.
