HMF Capsules provide four strains of proprietary human-sourced probiotics that support healthy gut flora in adults and children. The microflora composition in the gut is relatively steady, although it can be altered by diet, stress, age and medication use. Probiotics support healthy bacterial balance to maintain healthy intestinal function. Probiotics support the epithelial barrier and mediate the integrity of tight junctions, which control permeability. Lactic acid bacteria Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria are the most commonly used probiotics, and effectively colonize the intestines. In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial involving 22 adults, daily supplementation with a probiotic containing Lactobacillus acidophilus supported healthy microflora balance.
Recommended Dose: Adults, Adolescents and Children (6 years and older):
Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with meals, at least 2 to 3 hours before
or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare
practitioner.

Quality stuff
I have digestive issues where I feel like I'm not getting nutrients when I eat food, and I'm still hungry all the time. A naturopath recommended this for me a while ago and I have been loyal to it ever since. It's definitely the best probiotic I've tried. I feel more full from eating, and like I'm actually digesting the food I eat. I also used to have cystic acne, but this seems to keep it at bay, as long as I also am careful about what I eat. But with this I can eat way more things and not get cysts than I can when I'm not taking it.

Good Probiotic
I have been taking these for a while after talking to a naturopath. We have been working on improving my gut health. This brand's probiotic seem to work well. The only downside is high price but I suppose you get what you pay for.
