Genuine Health Advanced Gut Health Probiotic Women's Daily is a shelf-stable product, and is specially formulated to promote women's health. With 15 carefully chosen strains provide a balanced formula that supports women’s gut, skin and vaginal health. Including:
damaging humidity and allows for easy travelling with no refrigeration required.
Recommended Use: For a daily source of probiotics to strengthen a woman's gut flora and support vaginal and immune system health.
Recommended Dosage: Adults and Adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1 capsule, 1-2 times per day with food. If you are on antibiotics, take Advanced Gut Health Probiotic Women’s DAILY at least 2-3 hours before or after.
Caution: If you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an immune-compromised condition, do not use this product.

I’ve tried several brands of probiotics, including a different brand which is also formulated specifically for women. I’ve found Genuine Health for women to be the most effective. I take my capsule at bedtime. I like that it’s a vegan capsule too.
