Breaks easily
The charging pulley broke about an hour after opening. My child was showing my husband how it works and the string became stuck (permanently). This is particularly unfortunate because he loved the flashlight and was really looking forward to its arrival.

My 4 year-old loves it
I bought this as a gift for my son's 4th birthday. It has become one of his favourite toys. It's sturdy, doesn't require batteries every few weeks, and it's made partly of wood I think! Yay for less plastic.
