Hempola Hempseed Flour is high in protein. 65 percent of this protein is edistin – the highest ranked plant protein. The remainder is albumin, the same protein found in eggs. Replace anywhere from one-tenth to one-half of the recipe requirement for flour with this flour and you’ll add excellent nutrition and an irresistibly unique flavour. Try it in cookies, breads, cakes, pasta, muffins, brownies or anything else you can imagine. This product may contain traces of gluten. It's manufactured in a facility that also uses soy, wheat and sesame.
