Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'm very disappointed by that new product! I use Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner for 5 or more years. My hair always looks healthy and shiny. I had no problem to comb my hair. Unfortunately with new bottle, even it has the same name and colour, I got completely different, poor quality product! Shampoo is so-so, but conditioner! My hair is tangled and awful. It is very hard to comb the hair. After using the old product hair was silky and shiny and now it's just awful, unpleasant to touch. I had to wash hair again! Please put back old ingredients! That new product doesn't meet my expectation at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I have used this product for 15 years This product has been my go to for the past 15 years, BUT HOWEVER I’ve noticed the past couple months they have changed the formula and it’s more like the shampoo and doesn’t give my hair as soft of a feel, I’ve never been disappointed With them until now, I have been using what I have left stashed away in my house but I really wish they would change it back.
