I agree with another reviewer - adults don’t need chewable vitamins but it’s a really nice change to my pill form supplements and my teenage boys love them too!

Tasty and Safe Ingredients
I don't think adults need vitamins in gummies form but these are tasty. My main reason for purchasing was that they are dairy, gluten, and soy free with minimal extra ingredients. I'm happy with the purchase.
