Everyday Life Saver
I have low blood pressure and take these daily to help me feel more awake and vital, especially when my arms and legs feel heavy and sluggish when I wake up. They work better than only adding Himalayan salt to meals and I appreciate they contain less sugar than competing electrolyte drinks. These are also excellent to quickly rehydrate when my gut is iffy from IBS.

Not my favourite flavour from the Hydralyte line. Smells like koolaid but the taste is a bit faint and artificial.

These are good with no overpowering aftertaste but the tablets could be a little thicker making each dose larger.
