Loved it at first then…Disappointed
I wrote a positive review after a few days of trying this liner and I absolutely loved it and gave it 5 stars. Then after about 5-6 uses it began to dry out and not perform well at all. When it worked well it was fabulous, it stayed on all day and didn’t budge and it was exactly what I had been waiting for in a liquid liner. Because it dried out so quickly I don’t know how to keep on buying such an expensive liner for so little product. I’m really disappointed because as I said it worked amazingly well and didn’t transfer to my upper lids even in hot humid weather. I later read many reviews that said the same thing I experienced on ILIAs website for this liner. It stopped working and dried out. The only way I would purchase it again is if it was discounted significantly or look for another “clean” liner.

I’ve been looking for a clean beauty eyeliner that doesn’t smudge or transfer to my upper lid for a decade. I finally found one in this ILIA CLEAN LINE LIQUID LINER! It stays on all day, doesn’t smudge or transfer to the upper lid. It is totally water resistant as it says. I absolutely recommend it. It’s become my new favourite clean beauty liner. Very happy with it.
