Organic rolled oats are manufactured from seeds which have been cleaned, dehulled, kilned (lightly roasted), steamed and flaked. Oats have B vitamins, proteins, phosphorus and iron.

These oats are perfect for a hot breakfast cereal, baked goods, or even to thicken soup.
