Jamieson Liquid Iron provides you with 10 mg of elemental iron per serving. Supplementing with iron helps to prevent iron-deficiency anemia and provide support for red blood cell formation. Jamieson Liquid Iron provides you with all the benefits of iron in a great-tasting tropical citrus flavoured liquid!
Directions: Adults and adolescents 12 years and older - Shake well before use. Take 1-3 teaspoons (5-15 mL) daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store between 15C and 25C, away from children.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug (iron) in this package to seriously harm a child. Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
