Mushroom Complex is a blend of Reishi, Lion's Mane, Shiitake and Chaga
mushrooms, formulated with Garlic to provide a range of benefits, from
supporting the body's immunity to increasing energy.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. To avoid digestive upset, take with a meal. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Good product at home---Im quite sensitive to this though
Might be good if your sick, and need to stay around the house.. I noticed it cleared up some respiratory issues.I may also had a sensitivity to the garlic/mushroom product here, I wouldn't use it,. But it was ok for the year end break.

*Adaptogens in this product can take Weeks to get fully up to speed, You must be patient ;-)
The Garlic for Cardio Health is the main reason I take it & the Reishi is good for the heart as well.
