Must-have for frizz!

I like to use the John Frieda Frizz Ease The Controller Extra Strength Serum in the morning on my damp hair before I begin styling it and I really find that my fizz is reduced even after being at work and going about my day. It also helps to keep my pesky flyaways at bay and I find that I don’t need to use too much product to get the job done. It helps my hair feel moisturized without being greasy or feeling heavy. There is a pleasant scent to it but it's not too strong or overpowering. I should note that I have thicker hair. Great lightweight hair serum!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have not tried a hair serum like this one before! In the past, all the serums that I have tried have been heavy, oily and weighed my hair down. The product also has a very light, pleasant scent. While testing the product, I applied 1-2 pumps of the John Frieda Frizz Ease serum to my hands and spread it through freshly washed hair. I had a smooth blowout for days - even through several days of rainy weather! I used it on dry hair as well, and it smoothed my hair on days 3-4 post-wash day. I have fine curly hair for reference. Must Try!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Absolutely love that this does not make my hair greasy as some frizz control serums do. Although it is suggested to use on wet hair, I didn’t find much of a difference once my hair dried. The way I found that worked best was actually on dry hair. After I straighten my hair I use this to tame my fly aways, reduce frizz and lock is the straight shine. The product does not stay oily / greasy on your hands after application and also has a wonderful light scent. Absolutely recommend!

Definitely feel the silicone
I received a sample to try and review along with theDreamCurls shampoo and conditioner. I do not usually go for the 'designer' hair care - I have healthy, hip-length naturally blonde hair and am a low-maintenance kind of person. I'll say that the size sample packs come in are hardly adequate to give a full review on based on small percentage of coverage, but I disliked the very noticeable feel of the silicone on my hair (and hands!). The product did perform as advertised to keep hair smoothly wavy and felt a little better to me the second day after applying.

I gave this serum three stars because while I do think it helped smooth down my long frizzy hair, I think it did as well a job as any other average serum. The serum didn't have much of a smell which was fine to me and its texture was like any other serum. I also made sure to follow the directions on the bottle to ensure I was applying the product right. Overall I just felt that the serum made my hair a bit softer, and worked alright in de-frizzing my hair. #freeproduct

Thick Wavy Hair Approved!
This is absolutely amazing stuff!! I have thick with a mix of wavy/curly hair and I'm an easy target for frizz. I mostly use it when I come out of the shower to prevent frizz from taking over, but I love that I can also use it on dry hair. If I know it's going to be humid and I'm going out it's small enough to fit in my purse. A small amount does the job and it doesn’t feel greasy.

Light Serum for Frizz
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been applying this serum to damp hair before styling, and overall I'm pretty impressed. A small amount goes a long way. I work it through my mid-lengths and ends and it absorbs quickly without leaving my hair feeling greasy or weighed down.
The scent is subtle and clean, nothing overpowering, which I appreciated. My hair felt noticeably smoother after blow-drying and the surface frizz was definitely reduced. That said, on more humid days I still noticed some frizz coming through, so it doesn't fully tame things in trickier conditions.

Not too much of a difference
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like the light scent of the shampoo as well as the feel when using it. I find that my hair feels clean after using it and I really enjoy the experience of using it. I just don't find that it does much for my frizz.
I've used it a few times now in combination with the conditioner and mask and then I leave my hair to air dry. I just find that my frizz hasn't really changed.

Great serum for thick hair
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I liked this serum as the texture is silky and slightly thick. The little amount goes a long way. It got greasy for me in the beginning but when I used just the right amount , I had better results ( one pump ). It spreads really easily between the palms and instantly makes hair feels softer and manageable . I used it after shower during the day mostly.
My hair looked noticeably sleeker and more polished after one use. My hair doesn’t puff up for good part of the day when stepping outside. I would recommend this for someone with thick hair.

Suitable for thick hair.
I had the opportunity to try the Extra Strength serum for thick coarse Hair from John Frieda and #topboxcircle. Well unfortunately my hair is fine and thin.But still i tried the serum.Tge serum is pretty thick in consultancy and smells Amaizing like all John Frieda products.It instantly made my hair smooth and tangle free but sunce my hair is fine my hair went flat when applied but after its veen well absorbed and blow dried it gave a healthy shine.Over all i loved the product but would have been better if i would have receives the regular one than the extra strength one.

Not for fine, thin hair but great for thick coarse
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this for free through Topbox. I am alwasy excited to try new products, especially from John Frieda. I typically follow the CG method, therefore no silicones, parabens, sls etc.
I love the smell of JF products. This one no doubt has a great scent. I found that due to the silicone it made my hair greasy even though I used it sparingly.
I offered it to my husband to try as he doesn't follow CG and has thick, coarse hair (the complete opposite of me). He loves it! Did exactly what he wanted for his hair. He will continue to use it.

The serum I have been looking for

I am impressed with how non-greasy it feels yet it delivers the perfect tamed no-frizz sleek hair style I am going for.

Almost 2 Decades of Gorgeous Hair....
Since I was in my early 20s I`ve had gorgeous hair and all because of this serum. I`ve used it since the early 2000s and let me tell you, people thought I had hair extensions....this serum made my hair thicker, shinier and soft with no frizz. I went one month without this product and my hair was horrible! My mom and my friends would ask me why my hair looked so bad and the answer was: I HAD NO TIME TO BUY THE SERUM. I hope that women who have coarse hair, specifically african descent women, that this serum would blow all the other èthnic`brands out of the water and for an affordable price. Once you go John Frieda your hair is stronger and because of this serum my hair is down to my elbows.

Best I’ve tried to date!

I have long, slightly wavy hair, and have always battled frizz on humid days - I leave the house with perfectly straightened hair, and by the time I reach the office, it looks messy, no matter what I try (I have tried every drugstore product out there).
I’ve found this serum has helped significantly! I use 2 pumps on my long hair, working it through damp hair after washing, and then blow dry straight as usual. It also has a pleasant light scent.

Easier Brushing, Less Tangles Throughout the Day!

I was expecting the Frizz Ease of 20 years ago but this formula is much improved. It smells incredible, spreads easily, and doesn't weigh my hair down. I was most impressed with how easily I could run my brush through my wet hair after applying it. It also kept my hair tangle free all day. I do wish it gave my hair a bit more shine, overall, I quite enjoy this product and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for something to tame the Frizz, tangles and make brushing easier. I got this product to test for free, it works with me, my hair is naturally very dry and frizzy especially with humidity, it helps control my frizz,i use one pomp for my whole hair ,wet after the shower, i have a thick , frizzy long hair, my hair is now softer and very manageable, now its not feeling sticky or heavy.its really makes a difference on my hair this is the best anti frizz product i have used to now , my hair looks shiny, healthy, and smooth now, i love this serum, i highly recommend it, my hair is easier to brush, to manage, and less frizzy. Tiny Drop, Big Difference

My go to frizz buster
I have received this #freeproduct from topbox in exchange for an honest review. I love this product! It’s not heavy and it doesn’t feel greasy on my hair. And it really does what it says it does. I am a nurse and I usually have my hair tied but i hate baby hairs that stands up and looks messy so I use this serum after I wash my hair. Just a small amount that I put on my hair then air dry it and when I’m ready to tie my hair, just like magic, no unruly hair strand! Would definitely recommend this product.

Love this oil

This oil is amazing at helping tame my frizz and doesnt leave my hair feeling weighed down. My hair feels soft, is shiny, and a lot more manageable. I absolutely love the scent as someone with a sensitivity. It is a subtle vanilla or gourmond scent. Thankfully not the awful migraine inducing, floral, old lady scent a lot of other oils have.

Saved my hair for real!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This product has saved my hair! As I got older, my hair has changed from smooth to easily developing frizz. Hot tools and having my hair rubbing against my jacket was not helping it. With the John Frieda Frizz Ease Serum, I use it on wet hair on days I don’t style my hair and it gives me the shine I had lost while nourishing my hair. Then on styled hair days, I use it after styling and it really helped keep my hair together, preventing the frizz I would get when my hair rubs against my clothes. I would highly recommend this product for thick and curly hair!
I tried this selection of products from John Frieda for Frizz Ease. The serum was the BEST ever for my long and thick and curly hair! I could actually finger comb through my hair for the first time in many years! I would recommend this line of products to all people who have thick, curly and long hair!
