(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have always used Johnson and Johnson for my kiddos. I have never had any issues with it and they have kept my kids clean and tear free. What a great idea! Shampoo and soap in one bottle. I tried this on baby, and yes the skin was softer after a bath. No irritation, it cleans well, and the ingredients are good. I was pleased by how soft our baby skin felt after using this product.
That said I don't understand the addition of 'cotton' to this product. It is one thing to add cotton to clothing but to a baby wash? I could not find information to support this. Since it is so new I would like the company to offer more information on why they decided to add it and how safe it is.

First of all, I really love the pump on the bottle which makes it so easy to use and now I don’t have to grab a bottle to squeeze out product which would often get slippery.
For the product it self it has a light lather, which is nice and it works well in cleansing my daughters skin. This also has a very nice scent and it works great on her skin. She had no reaction to this product, which is great.
I highly recommend this product because it’s innovated with the pump and the product does a great job at cleansing her skin.
I got this product for free as part of the product review club but everything mentioned is 100% my honest review!

It is really gently with my baby’s skin and hair and leaves his skin soft and clean, it has a soft texture and it is very light and special for the baby’s skin. It rinses very easy and doesn’t leaves any residue. The smell is amazing and not overpowering. It has a pump bottle that it is amazing because it easier to use.

I think everyone was waiting for someone to create a line just for newborns... because as they say their skin is so thin they need extra care ... i found that the smell is really good ... every time i bath my baby with JOHNSON'S COTTONTOUCH NEWBORN WASH AND SHAMPOO his skin feels really soft, also the texture from the shampoo was very smooth !

I received it for free and will be adding it to my shopping list once it’s finished! It is very gentle on skin, rinses off easily and leaves no reside behind. The scent is light and clean. I love that it contains naturally derived ingredients and no dyes. I would recommend this quality body wash to friends and family. It works really great with the matching lotion in cotton touch.

I have a new baby and his skin is sensitive so we knew we wanted to use products we could trust and ensure would not irritate his skin! Johnson’s has the perfect formula. Nice soft scent, pure ingredients and gentle! We absolutely love it and would recommend it highly. Love that we got to try it free because it’s now on my list when we shop!

We went into this both so excited to try the new Johnson's Cottontouch Newborn Wash and Shampoo that we received in the mail; FOR FREE! The fragrance was absolutely beyond amazing! It lingered graciously like laundry does after its clean. There was no oil or residue left over either. My baby got some in his eyes when we were rinsing by accident and, oh look! No tears! I wish they made something like this for adults!

TOO MUCH SCENT IN THIS PRODUCT!! I had to wash several times to remove the scent. Not the baby shampoo scent from my past at all. Just a pernicious, noxious perfumed scent.
Personally I would rather smell my baby than this perfumed product. I thought it would be minimal scent or no scent as it was for a newborn. No where on the bottle does it say scented. I will never use it again and will be overly cautious about buying any Johnson's product in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Because its Johnson's I assumed it would be pure quality and it was. It was silky, a very light lather and the scent was just right (not overbearing at all).
We used this on my newborn niece and it was perfect. It pairs well with the new Johnson's line of products.
Its got an average price point, but the quality and gentleness on a lil one is priceless. No irritation at all.

I always prefer using babywash which fulfill dual purpose that is both body wash and shampoo. This product fulfill that wish of me. It has a really nice smell i feel a little strong but still love it. It forms really nice leather. Wash itself is really creamy in texture it leaves baby body quite moisturize even after wash though most of wash n shampoos make skin dry.

I loved the scent & moisturizing that came with the use of this product, but never once worried about the chemicals being used on my newborn! This shampoo and body wash smells amazing. I love the smell of clean baby. One pump is more than enough for my little guy's head, and then I found a pump or two worked well for washing his body.
The feel of the shampoo/wash is kind of creamy, but not overly thick... it's actually the perfect texture to mix with the water.
I will likely purchase this again.

I also loved how great it lathered on my baby’s skin and feel the gentleness on her too. All you need is one pump on your favourite washcloth and some warm water and baby will be nicely cleansed. I highly recommend this product to all new parents looking for a gentle yet great smelling shampoo for their newborn.

After taking a long break from purchasing Johnson's baby body wash due to a few recalls from the ingredients being used, I decided to give the new cotton touch baby wash and shampoo due to the new ingredients and no parabens being used and I immediately fell in love with it! Not only does it smells amazing, the way it lathers as well as the texture is great. Definately my new go too product! Glad they came back with this new line!

Hospital used it and I fell in love!
My third child was born in February and the hospital never used this stuff in the past. They washed her and brought her back to me and I instantly fell in love with the scent and how amazing it was in her skin being only 24 hours old. I didn’t realize, but they sent me home with the sample bottle they used and a comb. Instantly had to find it in stores and I’m so glad to have that beautiful smell, a memory of her first bath. It’s a smell I won’t forget and is extremely comforting.

The scent isn’t overpowering and the product is gentle enough to use everyday. It’s especially useful having a 2-in-1 product that’s safe for skin and hair so I don’t have to deal with multiple products. Also, the pump bottle makes it easy to dispense just the right amount with one hand.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I tried this new Cotton Touch in my 10 month olds bath. First....it provided a fair amount of bubbles which totally sold my child! Good job! Second, i liked the pump bottle...except i dropped it and a piece broke, it did not effect the use. That may be the only thing i would change is the pump. Make it more mom friendly like the lotion bottle. Other than that, i love the simple design. Very clean looking like cotton! Third, the smell was soft, fresh, a distant frengrance. I thought it was great. Finally, as a mom i completely appreciated the fact that it was a wash & shampoo. My toddler makes it challenging to wash his hair with actual shampoo so this is extremely helpful for keeping him squeeky clean!
I will continue to enjoy these products! Thanks.

And let me tell you right now, holdimg a 20 pound baby that makes a HUGE difference! I am able to use one product for hair face and body and cuts down on the time it takes to wash baby drastically! I love the light scent and how it didn't leave any kind of residue behind. It's easy on easy off. And the best part is.......NO TEARS!!!!

I'm not sure what the cotton adds to this product, or if it's just a gimmick, but I liked that there are no parabens or anything artificially added in here. It seemed richer than the other Johnson's body wash and shampoo we were using and my baby seems to like it, so we are going to continue using it. I like that it's specially formulated for newborns.

I've been a Johnson's Baby fan for a very long time and I have to say that they have outdone themselves with this product! It is so gentle on the body. It does a lovely job on cradle cap and there is no overpowering scent which is good. I love the bottle that the wash/shampoo comes in. I liked both the lotion and the baby wash, made a good team, and two products I need to use daily as well these two made a great choice.
The wash was a subtle scent which I like for my baby. I also like my baby felt clean, looked clean, and by the water some days, I saw it was proof it did the job. I also tried on myself and saw that the body wash did work.
The bottle lasts a long time, as not much is needed to use within the wash.
The value I see great good price, and seems better even than their previous Johnson body wash I used.
No residue on baby's skin either, which some washes leave behind.
Will buy again, thanks for opportunity to try!!!

As a matter of fact I think one of my nieces took it from my house and I had to replace it! No complaints though- I love sharing... it is great smelling. I have always thought the products were more pricy- but you get what you pay for. Leaves your skin feeling amazing also.

Not sure what the added benefit of cotton is, other than leaving him soft. But other than that, I would buy it. It leaves the little one fresh and clean.

It cleanes new born hear well and helps gradually but gently get rid of the scabs on the sculp. I dont think i will ever buy any other shampoo for my baby or even for my future baby. From personal experience can tell that it is good up to 2 years old. Will defonetly purchase ot once i run out.

I mentioned in my previous review how I was sceptical using Johnson’s products after my experience on regular products with my 6 year old. But with this line of product, I can trust the products again. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family. And seriously love the smell.
