A daily iron supplement for children ages 3+ and adults in a natural grape flavour with 10 mg of elemental iron per chewable tablet. BioFe Pure Iron does not cause constipation, upset stomach, or stained teeth. Zero sugar and sweetened with teeth-friendly xylitol.
Dosage: Children ages 3-9 years, take 1 tablet per day. Ages 10-18 years, take 1-2 tablets per day. Adults 19 years and older, take 1 tablet per day. Pregnant women take 3 tablets per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking medications.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this bottle to seriously harm a child.

Great Product!
Great product, they have my very picky 4 year old's approval! He has started reminding us every day to give him his vitamins because he enjoys them so much! The tablets are very small and easy for him to quickly chew up. We'll continue to repurchase these, and we would definitely recommend them!
