Just as satisfying as a chocolate bar with less than half the sugar and more protein - how can you resist? The only downside is it's a bit difficult to bite, chew for those with dental issues. The bar becomes sticky, chewy if its exposed to a higher temperature; difficult to bite into if chilled. Best to eat at room temp! Enjoy!
