True-ish soba but great noodles nonetheless
True Soba is 100% buckwheat, but the sweet potato is a nice addition, still wheat grain free. It adds a lighter texture to the buckwheat so I grab a few of these when the regular King Soba Buckwheat noodles sell out to have them as a back up. I suspect anyone who dislikes the texture of full buckwheat noodles might like these ones instead. They cook well and I use them mainly in my hot noodle dishes, but it's nice to keep leftovers in the fridge and not need to heat them up to eat again LOL
