Horrible Mold Smell
I bought a pack of 4 and was sadly disappointed after using 2 boxes that smell like mold/mildew. I wrote to Kleenex and explained the issue. This was what they provided me with as a resolution in an email: "Because our Kleenex Soothing Lotion are extremely porous, they can absorb surrounding scents and odors during manufacturing, shipping, or storage. While this occurrence is rare, please accept our apology for any inconvenience you experienced." I have NEVER had tissues smell like this and this is not a solution. I'll be going back to Puffs Plus Lotion because I've never had that issue with them. A refund at least would've been nice.

Not the same tissue as before
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My family has been using Kleenex Tissue with lotion for many, many years. We have always loved it and found it to be the best out there. Not any more. The product has changed and definitely NOT for the better. A lot less lotion is being used and there is a wide strip down two sides that has NO lotion whatsoever. I buy the multi-pack and all boxes are the same. I decided to purchase it once more, thinking it may have just been a faulty batch, but the new are exactly the same. I will no longer be buying them and will be switching to the competition. It's a shame because it was a very good product. I will miss it, and so will my nose.

What is going on with your products? They smell horrible. They smell like they've been sitting in a dusty warehouse for eons. I'm going to have to switch to another brand.

Cutting back on the lotion
This was always my go to tissue. But now they have gone cheap on the lotion and don't even put lotion on the whole tissue. Place a tissue flat down on a bowl of water and you can see exactly where the lotion ends. And the "new" lotion they use is lousy. And some boxes have a disgusting smell to them. Poor, POOR changes.

Less for more
I have used Kleenex with lotion forever and always thought it was the best product, until recently. They've changed from 3ply to 2ply, and it's terrible. Too thin of a tissue for when you're sick and actually need the lotion feature. Plus with the extra layer missing, there is less lotion. In fact I don't even feel like there's any, it's like sandpaper. Super disappointed and I will definitely be changing my brand loyalty over this deceptive marketing scheme used to bolster profits while offering an inferior product.

Change in Product Leaving Chapped Nose
I have bad seasonal allergies and have relied on these tissues for years to get me through the season. However, this year the tissues feel rough on my skin and makes my nose chapped like regular tissues. I was happy to pay extra for these tissues prior to the product change, but not anymore. Will not be buying again.

Smells rancid
We bought several boxes at Kroger and I noticed that they were not soft and there was a chemical rancid smell in the tissues. I’ve used Kleenex brand for all of my 59 years and never had a bad smell problem before. You have a huge problem that needs to be addressed!

what is that smell?
I love the idea of these and its true that they are easy on the nose but what is that horrible smell?
I thought it was just me but it looks like there are others out there that feel the same way! I just can't use then anymore...
