So soft and shiny!!
I bought this to add some golden tones back to my hair after having it done recently and the tone being a little too ashy. It might be because I just had my hair done, but this didn’t change the tone a ton. I definitely see some change, but don’t expect major toning from this. BUT, my hair is literally sooo soft and shiny. I’m actually in shock! It really needed it especially after recently being bleached at the salon, and I have never seen it this shiny. If your hair feels a little dull and dry and you want to refresh this is definitely worth the try!

KE- Golden Hour Hair Gloss
Love this gloss. Perfect treatment for in between salon visits. The bottles are small so I was worried I wasn’t going to have enough to cover all of my hair but there was plenty to cover all of my hair and then some. I applied it from root to tip and left on for 20 minutes. I like how it blended and warmed up the overall tone of my hair.

HUGE fan of Kristin Ess products but I have to say, this one fell short. Not only did it dry out my hair, but there was 0 toning change. Nothing. Exactly the same hair I started with, only dryer. Sweet.

This gloss is amazing! My hair has never felt softer. This particular colour toned down the lightest blonde parts of my hair to a really lovely gold and gave all my hair a warmer tone.

Used to warm up some ashy highlights
I had my hair highlighted about a month ago and I was hoping the ashy, almost white highlights at the front of my face would fade but they didn’t. I tried this (left it on the front fringe of my hair for 15 mins, and the rest of my head for 7ish) and it really helped with blending those highlights in with the rest of my hair.

Met my expectations
I did a test piece of hair and didn’t notice any change, but when I did my whole head (for the full 20 mins) I noticed a touch of honey warmth and definitely a boost in shine. Three washes later and the shine is still present. For reference I have dark blonde hair (almost light brown) with light blonde highlights throughout.
