La Belle Excuse Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Traditional balsamic vinegar imported from Italy. La Belle Excuse Balsamic Vinegar is produced in Modena using secular know-how that is rigorously adhered to. It is made from Lambrusco-Trebbiano must which is left to reduce in the open air, resulting in natural caramelization that lends the vinegar a rich black colour.  Perfectly aged 3 years, with a full-bodied flavour.

Essential for vinaigrettes, combining nicely with your favourite olive oil. Ideal to deglaze vegetables, for pasta and sautes, meat marinades. Excellent as a reduction to flavour all grilled meats.

Ingredients: Grape vinegar and grape must barrel-aged three years.
