The La Roche-Posay Effaclar Serum is the pore-refining anti-aging serum. It fights imperfections and the signs of aging for clearer, younger-looking skin. Glycolic acid helps tightens large pores, visibly smooths skin texture and boosts radiance. A pore minimizer face serum with glycolic acid.

Recommended Use: Apply in the morning in combination with a sunscreen (SPF15 or greater) and/or evening alone or with a nighttime moisturizer.

- Arrived quickly and as always, amazing product - I recommend La Roche Posay to everyone for any skin problem as they have a skin care line for nearly everything. I will never use anything else on my skin it's amazing! I ordered my care line and got 5 free gifts! It arrived in a few days, which was much sooner then it was supposed to arrive. I am never disappointed by La Roche Posay. Its honestly worth the price because it actually works.

- A unicorn! Suitable for older AND acne-prone skin! - I am never too happy with the price of "serums," but I feel this is worth it. There is absolutely nothing else on the market that I even have any use for when it comes to serums.
It has enough AHAs to make a noticeable difference. But the most curious thing about this is that, normally, anything with AHA is, for me, for bedtime only; it seems to open up the floodgates for oil to release itself. Fine; nights only...
But this, even though it isn't a pretender with a meaningless quantity of AHAs, _does not do that_. I can use a few drops morning and night. It sinks right in and provides a nice smooth base for cosmetics in the AM, and also plays well with products i use in the PM.
Two weeks after I first bought this I was ordering a second bottle and telling friends about it. Thanks, La Roche-Posay, for understanding that not everyone in middle age wants a thick moisturiser. I'm not too too concerned about aging, but trying to deal with greasy skin and clogged pores and breakouts past 35 or so is very difficult -- anti-acne products for teens are too harsh, and alternatives -- especially ones that work! -- are very few and far between. This is ideal for a strangely overlooked skin type, and I plan to use it for a _long_ time -- my skin is radiant, and pore-clogging gunk is fleeing in terror, and it's so easy to use; that it soaks right in means no hassles with it making a primer/foundation ball up, etc.

- Liquid gold - I purchased this a few months ago and let my husband use it once. He asked the next day what the liquid gold I put on his face was and then requested I purchase him a bottle too. Now we both use it daily, before bed. So good!!!

- amazing product - I love this product. I have acne prone,mature and sensitive skin with large pores. After using this product my skin is looking smooth, youthful and brighter. I got complement from my coworker on my skin. i love this product. I will buy more products from this line. Thank you LA ROCHE-POSAY . Love this company. I wish I could have discovered this brand earlier. love you for helping me . I will buy age appropriate skin care product for my daughter too.

- Best solution ever for my pores - I could see results during the first week I used it. My pores looked smaller and overall my skin appeared smooth. My only concerned is the acids in it so I stopped using it during Spring and Summer as those times the sun exposure is more. I never used it during mornings, only at night with my moisturizer.

Amazing ; a must have !
I use this in the morning and before I go to bed; just a drop ( a little goes a long way) and it literally has transformed my skin. Will always be a must have in my skin care routine.
