• Fill with warm water, screw on cap, and extend nozzle firmly.
• While on the toilet, invert bottle between legs and aim the spray nozzle towards the perineal area without touching the skin.
• Gently squeeze bottle to start the stream of water, begin urination, and continue the stream of water.
• Use for gentle cleansing as needed.
• After each use, disassemble, clean, and rinse thoroughly with mild soap and warm water only.
• Do not boil.
• Allow to dry before storing.
