Recommendations: Apply a few drops to hair before shower and let sit for at least 30 minutes for a pre-treatment. To hydrate apply a few drops to ends of wet hair. For a deep condition apply half a teaspoon to hair and work into hair. Massage oil into scalp and let sit for at least 30 minutes or over night then rinse out with shampoo.
