Thinking this was the perfect solution to simplify "Frost n Tip" (no cap!!!!) I bought this product. I have been doing my own hair for 25 years, as my schedule doesn't always allow time for my amazing hairdresser. After leaving it on 15 minutes past the suggested time, my hair only came out with brassy streaks. I suppose ° to good to be true° applies to this product. Unfortunately, I can't even recommend it as a root touch up. Not only because it doesn't come close to providing blonde highlights, but it actually reccomends to apply less pressure at the root, (I of course ignored this-wonder how much worse it would have been???) and gives zero information on hair already highlighted. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that there must be a majority in consumers that do their hair out of a box, and aren't first time users, which early the instructions are gauged towards. Waste of money!!! I'm actually about to try the Colorista semi-permanent in Red...fingers crossed, I'll be back to inform

do not buy
do not buy! Fried my hair and turned it orange. It is much easier to just buy bleach, developer, and toner than try to fix whatever mess this product does to your hair.
