This turned grey and didn’t cover everything so looks patchy not real happy with this
I have used #6 and liked it not sure why my hair turned grey

Horrible Color Result
I have used Loreal hair coloring for 25+ years, both Excellence and Preference. Just used my usual Champagne Blonde, 8 1/2 A Preference, to cover my gray roots. To my horror, my whole head of hair turned reddish/pink after using it. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Wrong color in kit??
