crispy, flavourful
I really like this rice cake! I've been on the hunt for a good rice cake - thin, just the right amount of salt (i.e. not a lot) - and this hits both marks. The quinoa in this was an added bonus.
I prefer a thin version because you can have more topping variety w/out filling up on the cracker. They taste really good with cream cheese and some parsley, or with a smear of peanut butter. I'm sure everyone has their own version.
The 24 rice cakes come packaged in plastic (6 cakes/pkg) to ensure freshness.
I've had good experience with Lundberg products, and this product definitely adds to that list.

I recently found my local grocer stopped carrying these and I love them and they are WW (weight watcher) friendly. I ordered several other flavors.

Best of the lot
These crackers are to be compared with other gluten-free, salt -free crackers. In that company, I think they are the best, nice flavour.

I received a sample of this product in a previous order and had to order the larger box. I am enjoying them with sunflower seed butter.
