A great addition to smoothies. A light almost non-existent taste when blended with almost anything.

Besides the Omegas, Hemp Hearts are also 33% protein. So they make an excellent addition to meals for those on vegetarian diets.

Such an easy way to add nutrition to almost every meal. At breakfast, add to smoothie, cereal or granola. Lunch and dinner: sprinkle on salad, or add to sauce. So versatile!

One of the best sources of Omegas that we can buy. Hemp hearts are a perfect food and help a lot of people who have problems eating. 100% Canadian.

Excellent source of protein I use it in a morning power smoothie, and you can't beat the price

I bought this because I heard unlike other grains, this is the protein. I use it on cereal and when I cook the rice.
Feels like it's making my body.
