Wonderful product, and affordable price for good quality. Hemp hearts should be a staple in everyone's diet but as a vegan, I find them essential! My go to is to sprinkle on top of coconut yogurt, salads, pasta, and in baking. They have a fairly neutral flavor so can be added to sweet or savory meals.

I like getting my daily intake of vitamins & minerals by eating hemp hearts. Have tried several different brands, but I like the taste of this one best. Has a mild nutty , pumpkin seed taste. I sprinkle it on top of salad, chicken/fish, or eggs. Easy, convenient. Must be refrigerated after opening, or it will go rancid.
