LOVE these! I love that they're Canadian, of course. The versatility is awesome for these little gems-add to pesto, sprinkle on salad, boost your oatmeal, great in smoothies. If you haven't tried these before, do! The price for the quantity is great, and a little does go a long way with these guys. Highly recommend!
