Tasty, healthy, this stuff is amazing
I’ve been eating hemp seeds, specifically this brand, for over a decade. It is amazing as is, but I’ve found it goes nicely in smoothies, cereal, rice and on salads, so many uses. Delicious. Finally went for it and bought the huge sack, I know I’ll use it.

Amazing Product!
First time I have purchased these Hemp Hearts and I will be buying more! I put them on everything, from cereal to salad! I purchased them, because I am losing weight, but, I will continue having them in my diet! They are high in protein, omegas and amino acids. They have a nice light taste and are filling! Another plus, they are produced in Canada! A+++

Great size for smoothie lovers!
I bought the big bag and I’m so happy I did. I have a smoothie every day and the hemp hearts are a perfect addition for some plant passed protein and omegas. They also are great on salads and add. Nice nutty flavour to dressings!
