Its a good product but i've had better.

While it does still have some taste to it, it tastes much more natural than other protein powders I've tried. Great nutrition for fairly small servings too.

Great, smooth protein. Looking forward to trying flavored next.

I have severe food allergies, but I have no problem with Manitoba Harvest Hemp Pro 70 (unflavoured). I need my proteins so I add it to my morning porridge, Although it is unflavoured .., it still have a light nutty taste. I love it.

Great product. I have tried a number of protein powders to make protein cookies and this is one of my favourite without whey because it blends easily, has a fairly neutral-non-gritty taste and is a Canadian company.

Having used several containers worth of this I rate it as a very good product. I like that is blends easily and smoothly.I like that when I mix in almond milk or coconut drink, I do not taste it..not saying it is tasteless, but with the fruit etc in my drink I do not taste it. I do not think their is a protein available that is tasteless. Manitoba Hemp has real quality products. I believe they also have ready made drinks, but cannot ship during the winter. I think they are located in Manitoba. I also add Manitoba Hemp Heart Seeds to my protein drink. So far I am planning to stay with this.

Love this product. It is now the only product I will use. I love it in coconut milk, almond milk. or in a smoothie. I read some reviews saying it tastes horrible, but so does protein powder in general. I have not found a powder that is not laced with sugar that tastes great. This is easy to digest, completely natural, and I like that the only ingredient listed is Hemp, which I can proudly say I know about and pronouce, unlike with other powders. Will buy this product again and have recommended this to other friends.

I was looking for a whey protein substitute and really wanted to go all natural. I learned about hemp food products and found Manitoba Harvest at a local organic grocery store. I do not like the taste when mixed with water, but when mixed with juice or blended into a smoothie it tastes good. A great protein for gym workouts. The downside to this product has to be that it is more expensive than buying whey protein.

I really don't like the taste, but the fact that this can replace whey is a big plus. I love the amount of protein and all the other nutritional facts of this product. Amazing. I wish was not so expensive, I would buy more often. My husband is a body builder and he loves it. The taste does not bother him, so I guess this is really personal. We'll be coming back for more.

Wicked protein product. I have been drinking whey protein shakes for over 20 years now and I was looking for something with a comparable amount of protein but gave me less gas. Whey also has little nutritional value. Hemp protein is the answer with tons of good stuff in it. I'm used to bland stuff because I was drinking natural whey protein with no sweetener or flavourings so the taste of this hemp protein is doesn't bother me. It actually tastes good, with a nutty flavour and a creamier texture. If you're looking to dampen the 'earthy taste' try mixing it with half water and half pineapple juice. Great for mornings with a light breakfast or as a post-workout shake. For an extra 30g protein add an extra tbsp to your serving. Only downside is that it is more expensive than whey - but you get what you pay for these days and I'm happy to support a local Manitoba company.
